Edit: Only Crosshair works. When i press "Delete" i can Enable or Disable it. But Chams dont work.

You can check what Kind of Microsoft .NET framework you have by going into START - CONTROL PANEL - Add or Remove Programs. There you will find what kind of Framework you have. It should list the framework in the order from the earliest version to the latest version so it should say something like "Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1", then below that it should say "Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 Service Pack #"
