Hate the way the home button/volume buttons are on the back.

It's actually pretty intuitive, but I rarely use my keys. I have it set to double tap the screen to open so I can check my shit in an instant. Pretty nifty.

My phone is locked to CDMA bands. T-Mobile is GSM.

The bezel and edge is really thin so it makes sense from a design perspective, but after you get used to the button layout, most people seem to enjoy it.

Yeah that was one of my major concerns before I bought it, seemed really strange as fuck but it's pretty nice compared to an iPhone or something with side buttons for me.
