I ended up having to unlink both my bank account and debit card and basically closing the account.

I then preceded to create another PayPal account but I can't add my bank account or debit card because of security problems. I then called PayPal and the last could not reinstate my bank or debit card on the new account because my details were unverifiable. She then gave me another number to call if I wanted to "update my details." Has anyone ever experienced this? I'm under age so I don't know whether its worth it or not to try and be my way through and make it sound like I'm 18 and shit so that I can reinstate my PayPal. I don't want my account getting frozen because I don't want to lose all my funds and have to wait forever.

if you have a checking book, that contains your bank number i believe, not sure, i don't go out shopping.

I wouldn't really know :/ Sorry. I don't use PP, I only have a bitcoin wallet which has a nice $5 on it worth of coins.
