    Your RAM is total shit, your processor could be better, and your graphics card is meh.

    I would invest the most in RAM considering it's not even 64-bit.

    Okay, the only thing you MIGHT be able to keep is the CPU, if that. It's old and worn out by now and the case is the only salvageable thing. Maybe the HDD's.
