If you're asking if the game's executable creates the window, then no. It's an .exe you open and use.

You have full control over everything the game's internal console can do and more. ( Since this allows SV_GameSendServerCommand which you can't do with the game's internal console )

What I'm trying to say is this console works as a substitute to reach internal console (the hell, I don't even know how to ask it correctly). But since you answered (I think) my question in the second part - thanks for clearing this out. Looking forward to mess with this thing in-game a bit.

As said above, it's done but I'm waiting for akim or someone who's willing to finish coding the last part since I'm too lazy to do it.
Anyone who wants this released ASAP should PM me.
