So I'm looking for a high protein diet, what do you guys think of this:
Breakfast: 1 cup of corn flakes, 1-2 banana(s), 1 cup of orange juice, 2 eggs, 1 bacon
AM Snack: 1-2 low fat snack
Launch: 1/2KG meat (with no fat), boiled potatoes, arun's mother pussy, rice, mixture of vegetables
PM Snack: 1 Sweet potato, mixture of fruits
Dinner: Fruit salad with honey and yogurt.
Cheese might be another food to add to your diet.

100% protein filled diet, made for the most autistic 12 year olds around!
Replace the cornflakes with some peanut butter on bread and milk instead, some fats and the high protein would be nice.
