Anyone can put on the moniker of "Anonymous" on their little group, and push their own agendas. Look at all the AnonOps shit, there are pro-Israel and pro-Palestine Ops going on virtually simultaneously. It started out as a force for good, or at lease a force for lulz to be had, now its a blanket phrase to add to your political "protest" to garner unwarranted support by ignorant masses.

Did the internet really want "Anonymous" to shut down their PSN that they were playing games on? Hell no, they wanted to play the shit they paid for. Did everyone on their internet to have their Credit Card information stolen, because some big company acts like a dick? Hell no. Some rival corporation, or some hormonal Keyboard warriors with personal issues to settle wanted that to happen.

Yeah, technically anonymous isn't a group. It's people. Just anyone. I could be a anon. It isn't a "12yr fanboy" thing. Those are the fake skids.

It doesn't cure cancer. In fact, it causes emphysema (clogs up the parts of the lungs that absorb oxygen) and makes your situation worse.

What it does do, is relieve pain and ease stress. That can mean the world to someone who knows their life can be over at any moment.
