You've to make your own image title or request one (with its specifications here, anyways as there's a nice member making free image titles feel free to request one directly, here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=912869). Once you've made/received your image title you've to request a profile change here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=118 and you're done.
