WindowBlinds is a program that enables users to customize the look and feel of the graphical user interface of Microsoft Windows. Open the cmd prompt

(start > run > cmd)

type dxdiag. You can view your system info there, no need to download anything.

(But, it can't do the graphics stuff.)

WindowBlinds is great and all but it really does hog up your CPU Process, might as well just change the skin directly via the Windows Control Panel

aaahm yeah, but i got a still problem
after inatalling everything (strikt by manual) and reboot the message for rebooting appears. and that everytime i reboot, doesnt matter how often.
I got Vista, please help
