Only things I can point out:

1.) There's an alive flag on each entity you should check instead as it checks much more than health to assure validity.
2.) TEAM_FREE == 0 but you should make sure it's not a FFA match first.

Nordiii's MW3 Server Control V2.2 has teleporting. It might not be via gun but you can do it via players and coordinates.

You need to press a button every time you want to teleport all/the selected player.

My telekill:
Teleports me automatically to an enemy and if I killed it, I will be teleported to a new enemy.
