injected with extreme, injected fine, started fine, menu doesnt appear even after pressing insert, i tried a different keyboard, still, none, running windows 8.1 HELP

I can inject it successfully, but when the game starts, it keeps saying "Combat Arms has stopped working"
I have tried different injectors and injection method, still get this error. Without injecting the game works perfectly fine.

I tried it on my Win 7 64 Bit a bunch of times and still when I press insert the menu won't show. I tried a bunch of different injectors, from PerX to Xtreme Injector, still the same result. Can you provide me with anything so I can get the hack working?

So guys I just got this hack seems working but the only problem I have is that I dont know how to start it in the middle of the game I pressed insert and that whole pop up thing appears what do I do to turn it on now? also this is a early thanks :P
