Unfair ban at MPGH

First of, I wanted to report my problem on some where, but I don't realize where I exactly should do so, that's why I'm doing it here.
I had got punished by Flengo's Camel on this thread and I received the following explaination trough PM:

That's your birthday, which you show on the forum, and not the account creation date (I guess you mean this), which is only one and can't be changed

I tried to talk him, but he didn't answer to 2 PMs I had sent him (the first and the last), but he did on a third on an unfriendly/agressive way:

I have just noted the thread is useful, but anyway I still think the infraction is wrong, because I was just asking if a thread close or edit was needed (an edit was needed, as the thread starter did), and not requesting it to be some way (I'd have simply said /req close).

Look, stop acting like you didn't break any rule, if you wasted 5 minutes of your time checking the site rules, you wouldn't have made a mistake like this.

As I told him on the last PM (which I didn't get a response), it wasn't a request, but a question if they (mods) did accord on a request close or edit (because I didn't know what to do, since the thread was supossedly useless, and no one took care of it on 15 hours past it was created). Otherwise I'd had simply written 'request close'.

As far as I know, when someone says '(to do something) maybe?' doesn't mean 'do something', but 'is it okay (to do something)?'

Of course I'll, and I understand your point (that's why I edited my comment on the thread, since it's confusing), but I think an infraction is excesive for something I didn't (it might seem confusing, but I insist, it wasn't a request, a petition, a suggestion nor an order, but a question). I was asking for a suggestion which you have just done, that's exactly what I had expected, nothing else: '(...)report the thread. Only the OP can mention staff to close(...)'
