There is no way to unban any account... Terminated means they banned that account and deleted it from that game.

Just make a new one.

Same error as randomhacker, i think maybe ijji has problems with the ban tool. Maybe for some reason the Game Masters of the game are banin' wrong people , if you not hack, go to the website of ijji and ask for support, the only way to take your account back is doing this, not here in a hacker forum.
