I can sleep for hourssssss (ie: 12 hours), like it's crazy but I tend to stay up long, Idk how to explain this

I'm fucked man, if I sleep 8+ hours I wake up tired as fuck and not ready for school.
But if I sleep 5 hours I wake up energized and ready to go.
