Yeah, someone's gonna measure out .2 of a cupcake and give it.

44/7 = 6.28 => 6 cupcakes per person

6*7 = 42, so 42 cupcakes given out, 44-42 = 2, 2 cupcakes left to give out to the birthday girl.

But it doesn't really matter, even if I was wrong (which I'm not) there's no combination that gives out the answers listed on that quiz.
