I don't know where the hell all you guys get your internet to the point that they shut it off if you use too much of it, but I download so much shit (at least 40gb a week) and I never have ANY problems. I'm on Wifi, with 3 other computers connected.
Its kinda slow internet, and for some reason whenever I torrent I get MUCH less connections as I should.
And my internet doesnt shut down if I use too much, but if I torrent all day and turn utorrent off at night my internet runs slow for the rest of the night.
