If any of you has the guts call paypal up and they can reverse it for you. If you are a minor that is even better show them the illegal se he was doing and say you are a minor they will reverse it also. As long as 3 or more chargebacks occur on his account at one time of unauthorized you should all win. I have done this before to a scammer. If you want help in reversing add me on skype i can help.

Also guys if you paid via friend and family and the money was taken from your bank you can always do a chargeback with your bank.
Step 1 Make a Scammer Thread
Step 2 We all show Proof / Speak out / whatever so bank can see
Step 3 Give all the proof to bank
Step 4 Get your money back

Everyone who was scammed if you used a debit or CC chargeback from that. Else it is best to call paypal. If you are too scared to call you can do unauthorized and if enough chargebacks and disputes happen he will be limited. Hopefully he is!
