I NEED HELP FOR MPGH PUB

Well first off, do u have CA running with Admin rights? Vista users have to use the "admin rights" option for a lot of things.
Second, is your antivirus detecting the hack? If so try closing/disabling your antivirus, then run CA with the public hack.
Third, by updates do you mean the HS updates? If so, then you have two options: 1) Try updating the HS files manually in the HS folder, or 2) If manual update doesn't work, you have to reinstall CA.
