    Welcome!

    TO make a sleep funtion in your program without declare use:
    Code:
    Threading.Thread.Sleep(1000)
    This will pause the program for 1sec!

    i dont really like this way...it freezes the entire program. but i cant find a better way to do it.

    You could use that or you could use this:

    First declare it at the beginning of the code:

    Private Declare Sub Sleep Lib "kernel32" (ByVal dwMilliseconds As Long)

    Then just put sleep(x) anywhere.. x is the amount of miliseconds you want it to sleep.
