Peasant with a laptop, so straight to the point, can I play GTA V with decent fps on this:
PRocessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3110M CPU
@2.40GHz 2.40 GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 4.00GB (3.88 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphics card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000.

If yes anyone know good torrents before I consider buying?

You cannot change your graphics card on a laptop. If you want to swap out parts, buy a desktop.

Your laptop cannot run GTA 5 and will not because you cannot change your gpu.

Haven't got space in my house for a PC at the moment, would you advise new PC in about 2 months or new laptop soon? I like idea of swapping parts but am worried about overheating etc.

Pc is not necessarily a better option for you, it all depends on your needs. Do you take your laptop out of the home often(for school/work)? If so, a laptop might be better suited for your needs. If you want something for gaming and you want to use it in your home for the most part, a pc is better suited.

Regarding heating issues, laptops have an overheating issue. Pc's run quite cool unless they're under a heavy load, even then it's cool temperatures. Pc's are also quieter, although some fans are loud. But again, you can swap out any part, so you can just buy quiet fans.

If you want to run current pc games at decent settings, you have to invest about $700-800. Of course, this will be normal-high settings depending on the game and your resolution. I only require normal-high settings, so a budget of $800 is fine for me.
