The problem is in your computer.

If it was indeed blocked, it shouldn't redirect you to a "Software" site.

https://wpkg.org/my.js
https://www.ptraveler.com/pt.js


I recommend clearing your browser cache and restarting your Mac before checking if it is fixed.
Has worked for me so far.
