Regarding to these rules, 80% of the vouches aren't eligible. Most of the vouches are from people -1500 but with a donator status. These are accepted aswell. It's about the trust, someone who's just joined or with less posts, isn't really "trustable". Regarding to this, I've got ~1000 posts and I'm a member since 2009. I've done detailed vouches before and they weren't deleted.

I can guess what this method is, just from the $8. It is more about luck and you will not get a payout if you do it in 5 minutes.
