Shouldn't.
The current Anti-Shit checks for stuff like dsound.dll, scripthookv.dll and .asi files trying to be loaded.

But with cheating there is always a risk.
R* could pull some dodgy shit.

Might be OT but doesn't the stream version still run through the rock star launcher? if so why is it easier to hack the hash's from the steam version then the rockstar version?
