try v1.4 of my trainer. If you have the same problem then its Force Host. The address is different for some people and the force host here may be editing memory that doesn't need to be..

Are you using an pattern scan to find the address or you just hardcoded all addresses?

From my knowledge related to Name Changing in a different CoD game, addresses CAN change based on the game language

A Pattern Scanner reads a a size of the game memory, then you scan that temp-stored byte array for an pattern.
It's also called AOB (Array of Bytes) Scanner. (Copy from my old answer)

agreed i've have had my shit stolen by this piece of work. as well. make sure your have an updated steam guard with a secure email and have at least 2-3 back up emails. on file. also he had a account stealer when he released his first set of hacks . that did the same. so be carefull. and watch out for ppl like this!!!!!

Before I hear any more of this bullshit "He's cracking accounts with this" I decompiled the software aswell as ran it in sandboxie, here are the result's:
Sandboxie didn't show that this executeable accessed ANY other files other than t6zm.exe.
The decompiled source code only had trainer stuff in it, there was nothing steam / rat / phishing related in it. You can trust him.
