Funny story
I just level my char in combatarms to SSG 2 and on the score board it was writen "You leveled up to master sergent 2" and i had 4500gp when it supposed to give me 3500gp . It that ever heppen to you?

Old news. Eventually the system catches it. You actually get the correct amount of GP and everything and the items don't unlock.
