[HELP] Block ctrl-alt-del?

hello, I am trying to make a screen lock out software in vb 2010,
and i am trying to get it to block ctrl-alt-del so thay can only get on by typing the name and password. But i cant seem to get it...
Can enyone help me out?

Kill explorer.exe and Taskbar is gone.

Kill explorer.exe and put a program checking for tskmnger on a timer and have it end it if it start to run

To bad theirs plenty of ways to kill a screen besides Task Manager.

If you wanna block taskmanager then you can make a timer that checks if the prosses is running and if it does its terminat it.

Or the Pro way is to edit the registry so your taskmanager is disable so you get a messenger everytime you tries to start taskmgr that taskmgr has been disable ^^
