This thread is going nowhere faster than I lost caring for it. If you are IP banned by Nexon and need someone to make accounts for you PM a friend and maybe they will help you. Often times those errors are due to your system settings as well. Try reinstalling Combat Arms and then try logging in. Remember that it's your responsibility not to go crazy with the hacks or you could risk being banned.
