How to use tapi mod on terraria (cracked)

I searched the whole internet but I could not find a way to mod terraria (cracked also tried the GoG version.) with tapi mods, I even put the install dir in the steamapps/common but tapi does not show the list of mods installed or simply crashes on startup on the GoG version. so does anyone here know how to do it?

I use the 1.2.4.1 Fusionz client and succesfully installed Tapi over it
