A few days ago I bought an account, and within about 10-12 hours the account got banned for "RWT". Is there anything I can do? I don't think it's possible they banned it that fast from my transaction and I suspect the seller knew it was going to be banned, which is why he sold it so cheap.

Is there anything I can do, like, am I allowed to Chargeback, or am I stuck with a banned account?

@ @CrimsonFoxy I'd recommended you open a scam report in Scammers Grave. Include proof with the scam report.
