    Looking for unlocker for steam version if possible

    would really like to mod my cars to max, but the races take too long an unlocker would be really nice!

    I would recommend the kinky menu with the bypass for their anticheat. You can unlock all achievements and tats and whatnot. I personally enjoyed using it to unlock everything and give myself level 250

    Would not. Applies to all characters. Uses old MP0, MP1, MP2 system instead of dynamically grabbing the player you are playing on's MP.
