could not have a warrock private server - you would have to hack into a warrock server owned by K2 and copy all the files off, but you would still have to adapt the game client, as this would need to be able to connect to the server. at the same time you also have Punky Punkbuster to deal with as apparently this is a three way service - it protects the game client, punkbuster interlectual rights (OR sumink like that) and it also attempts to protect the game SERVERS, and it would be VERY hard to stop your server from having punkbuster enabled as it is wrapped in all the warrock server code - would need quite a few people to get rid of it.

Hope i have shown you how hard it would be to make a private server,
