I like the channel banner and art over all. Looks like you have a good amount of content and you seem to upload new content regularly which is key to becoming successful on Youtube. Keep it up!

My biggest piece of advice is to stay consistent and try new things. Growing your channel takes time (and is also a matter of luck), so just do your best to keep it up and hope for the best
