    I just know I was messing around with files and then I opened Combat Arms with the dll file specified removed and it worked.

    It is because the pub is self-bypassing and has to edit memory and the antivirus programs usually detect that as a virus.
    You have no worried whatsoever, the pub hack is from the maker of this site Dave and is 100% approved virus free.

    I would bet my whole MPGH account and my computer that the hack is virus free.
