Cracked Server Help

Hi, I'm trying to host a cracked call of duty server on windows server 2012 and when I try to join with my cracked client I get "No or Bad Challenge for address" and on the dedicated server I get

Client 1 connecting with 0 challenge ping from (My ip here):26960
Not a lan address!
Got IV 1228931072 from client!
Decryption of auth ticket failed.

I have port forwarded: 28961, 28960, 20810, and 20800 on both UDP and TPC. I have also disabled windows firewall on both machines.

I have no clue what I am doing wrong, can someone please point me in the right direction?

Is the server files the same 'patch/update' as your client? I have seen this before where the cracked server files are from 1.6 and the latest version of the client is 1.7, check that to be sure. And be sure that the server files are in fact cracked.

Are you using Nosteam? Nosteam has some pretty good servers.
