You could either give them as a gift to an american friend if you have one (a 40K account is worth 40$ in-store credit by redeeming points for vouchers, which is a free game worth 40$, and it'll cost you only 4$-5$, depending on how much points the acc has), or you could use it to get the vouchers yourself, and sell that on e-bay
