What does this mean? Does it mean that the hacks are real and usable or that the cracked versions of those hacks spreading on MPGH are suspicious, malfunctious or otherwise fraud?

it means these are legit which they are.
I wouldn't use anything other than the what is posted here.
Everything approved gets checked and therefor is safe to use.
I would never add anything malicious to files but dont take my word for it, always scan the files you download at virustotal or jotti just to be safe.

Yeah. I was referring to paid hacks, like say *******. It's a legit hack selling website, I was thinking of scams like selling endeavour v1 and saying it wasn't out before or something. It's hard to explain. :P
