Need Network "Stress Testing" Tool

I need a "network stress testing" tool (I wanna DOS ffs). My friends are using one that I can't find online and was not made by them. It can do the following:
- target specific IP addresses
- lag and boot targets
- do so over preset timeframes (30 seconds, 60 seconds, 10 minutes, 24 hours etc)
Most Importantly:
-sends a request to a server and sends the packets (takes out the DOS attack) from there, not from their computers, meaning I see the packets coming from the server, not from their IP addresses.
They won't tell me or my other friend what it is, nor will they stop DOS'ing me with it. I need to know what it could be and where I can get it. Thanks for your help. It is a windows based application, it accesses a third party server and sends the attack from said server NOT THEIR COMPUTERS AS OTHER APPLICATIONS DO, and it goes of a chosen amount of time, with an IP of your choosing. Please help me, I need to know what it is, thanks again MGPH.

You're saying that it's a "DOS" attack, So it's most likely not a booter since they usually got more than one server unless it's a shitty one with only one node.
If it's a DOS attack it's coming from a single server just like you said, So i'm guessing they're just using a cheap vps and a free script they found online lol
