hey all. azrius aka expert mpgh poster here. ive got some tips for you on how to post in this section.

1. introduction
hello reader. as a new user on this forums, they can be very intimidating. many of the questions you might have are embarrassing to ask, but are certainly very important before making that adrenaline pumping first post. from making friends to general posting tips, hopefully this guide will help ease you into these warm, slimey, waters. these arent rules, but youll definitely have a better time if you apply some of these tips into your posting style. anyway, always remember to follow the rules set by moderators, and have fun!

1. general posting
1. DO include multiple levels of irony in your post /OR/ an inside joke only several people will understand
2. do NOT post condescendingly (this isnt 2013)
3. do NOT use memes that arent new or fresh
-good: hello hacker fucker
-bad: tisker.dll
3. do NOT mention facepunch. it is a faux pas here in the sec' (as i like to call it haha)
4. DO tell people to stop replying to you if you dont like their post
-this is to keep the 'sec fresh and self governed by its users

2. image posting
1. do NOT post image macros
2. DO post funny pics of animals
3. DO post sports pics
4. do NOT post screenshots of your
-folders/files
-small pieces of screenshots in visual studio with words like HANDLE and DWORD in them
-in game console
5. DO post screenshots of
-the command prompt
-internet explorer w,ith funny tabs open
-a teamspeak/mumble/ventrillo server (only if people have funny usernames or theres a really funny channel name)
-a video game

1. DO put funny fake credits in the leak:
-/* CHEAT HACKER v3.4
credits: cdriza, ph0ne, and stephen
*/
2. DO leak scriptfodder addons
3. DO post any and all lua scripts that use pairs to loop through tables
4. DO leak outdated versions of QAC (this is actually a really funny thread idea)

4. helpful tips
1. its a good idea to link people to the hac booty often. this is always hilarious actually
2. if you cant thiunk of something to post try namedropping someone who will see they got mentioned and show up to make the thread funny
3. its really tacky to directly insult other posters
4. be ironic and also assume everyone else is too. this is the bomb when the people in the thread are actually being serious and are unaware of how hilarious what they are saying is.
5. post some good shit my dude

6. mechanics of posting
1. using proper punctuation and sentence structure can be really funny if you do it right. leave this to the professionals
2. Doing This Is Also Funny but if you do it wrong or overuse it its awful and not funny at all
3. in,ser tign punctuation incorrectly and makign typos is a great way to pretend you dont care about what is being discussed. this one can be good if it fits your posting style
4. when in doubt, use a detached, cold, tone and no capitalization + minimal punctuation
