The program assigned is actually public but apparently the combos and configs are not. Tried on EA and got something like 15 accounts easily and fast.
I personally +vouch this dude, he's actually legit.
EDIT: On an additional note you CAN find public free combos and configs, but he said that the quality differentiates them.

Pretty much a set of txt files with needed information to be inserted inside a program; the program then proceeds to check the accounts if they are available.

Have you seen those lists of leaked accounts (user : pass)? Basically for $15 he sends you the program which checks for valid accounts in these lists + also sends you his private combos (aka. user/password list found in other public forums), which aren't private at all (lies about his services, basically selling other people's work). He also tried to sell me a punk-buster banned origin account (which I found out later), scam attempt. What he's selling, isn't even $3 worth, neither he offers refund and will try to get banned everyone who writes a bad review about him (like I just did), but this needs to be told.
