Also GWBush another very old game that is modable like this one you might be interested looking into is Delta Force 2, if you would like a discount on it hit me up on AIM ;D People really started getting into modding it a long time ago. And there's no anti-hack system.

delta force 2 is like crossfire graphics and its really easy to mod stuff so you can practice on that...
