Holy fucking shit.... THANK YOU my friend. This is an amazing post. So many of my games I have bought, and they either have their CD Keys stolen, or they are shit and I hate them. Now I can return them and without reading this, I would have NEVER known.

Steam Refunds

Steam Wallet Refunds

Abuse
Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing titles on Steam—not as a way to get free games. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you. Well since your GTA V is installed through steam when you click the GTA V startup it's linked to steam

i know, but you still have option to generate social club key on steam, then close it, run launcher from social club version and use key there. or is there difference between retail key and steam generated social club key? because I also know that steam account is bind with social club on first start of the game
