I think your confusing the entire world with North America, I can guarantee in most parts of the world they find the stereotypical "Black Urban Youth" culture disgusting. I'm half black and can't stand the ignorance that the "American black culture" endorses these days. Doesn't matter who copies what, still doesn't change the fact that a vast majority of blacks compared to other ethnicities are extremely ignorant and view violence, sex, drugs, and things of that matter as the right way of life. The day we realize that black on black crime is much higher than any other race in the US and the way we present ourselves is not the right way, will be the day the African-American race gets the respect they ask for.
