Approver and Spam Deleter

There should be 2 new ranks for general section, a spam deleter, they ONLY have permission to delete the SPAM THREADS from BOTS, and an approver, basically someone who can ONLY approve things such as pictures (when attached and not linked)/downloads that may be posted in here because they don't fit in any other section/isn't for a game or something. Ranks also apply to the general sub-forums.

just because of the spam bot threads not being deleted till about 2 hours after they are posted. not very active at some times, i mean like, other people have different time zones, its annoying to have to wait.

Good idea but if admin give that power to that person what well happen....abused of power that is the first reason in my mind..
