    Best Possible Build For $500-$600?

My laptop recently broke and I am considering getting a new PC. Thing is I'm on a really low budget and know little to nothing about building a PC. I wanna buy the parts and my friend is gonna help me build it. So what I wanna know is what is the best possible build I can get for about 500-600$? Excluding the monitor/keyboard/mouse.

Versus the above post, this build has:
    A better CPU
    A better GPU
"Better" Motherboard Brand (ASRock as gotten better I've heard)
"Better" RAM (Corsair ram has made my computer BSOD in the past)
But go with either one, I guess.

Here's a nice PC build for $600 which should allow you to be able to run most games at around medium - ultra graphics at 1080p for around $600! I hope you consider this build!

This config is 5*... if you can buy for the video card a R9 290 instead!

I reccommend looking up youtube videos. There is a lot of helpful info on there on how to build your first rig. It helps if you know all the parts too.
