How many calories do you guys consume per day?
On average I consume about 3000-4500, I find that for my weight that is too much so I am decreasing it to 2000-2900.

Haven't been keeping accurate count, but I've been maintaining about 2000-2500 and trying to burn 500 each day.

I don't count calories but I probably consume around the 2500-3000 range. I workout so.

WOW!
You guys don't consume alot of food. Even though I am not fat I still eat that much calories but since I am trying to lose weight know and get back into shape for tennis I need to start watching myself.

You'll only lose weight this way if you eat nothing but crap and then suddenly switch to a healthier calorie intake. Originally Posted by Lessa

But losing weight without exercise isn't a long term solution because eventually you will plateau.

never counted. my metabolism is so fast though that even though my unhealthy junk food and soda outnumbers my healthy food I'm still skinny af
