Well, if you had a higher budget around 90-100 - you could get IPV Mini (battery) $60-70 and a Aspire Atlantis tank $30-40.
This thing blows huge ass clouds and you can get it on ebay, amazon.. etc. This is perfect for bringing to school, having it fit in you pocket. Plus you can show off to your friends :P

they are quite reliable and they are cheap af. Had mine for about 5 months then i upgraded.
