[Help] Teacher refuses to give passport back

As the school year draws to a close, I am an international student who is going to return home on Sunday. But my school's international student supervisor refuses to give my passport back. I gave it to him on the basis of him helping me to renew my student visa for the upcoming year. But now he refuses to give it back as I have now repeatedly asked him to return it. I am not sure to what I can do to force him to give it back. As he thinks that it is dangerous for me to go on Saturday, even though my parents have given permission for me to remain at the airport during that time where I am waiting for the flight.
Any serious answers will be appreciated.

Should be enough. Worse case scenario he doesn't give / you don't get your passport back you can just go to your embassy and cause an international shitstorm because a retarded student supervisor refused to give a student back their passport.

Call cops, say a teacher took something of yours, might wanna say its a passport.. those things are important.. and say the he refuses to give it back because he thinks you shouldn't be allowed to leave, the cops will show up because it is not your parental guardian who took it, just a stupid teacher who thinks he is the boss of you and your own property and he will most likely get arrested if he refuses to give it back after the cops show up.

He has no right to take your passport, go to the principal throw threats around alot. Those fuckers don't want trouble, say something on the lines of, You are abducting me and violating my freedom of movement. Then tell them you will contact the embassy! Fuckers!

That sounds about right, call the cops, and have the supervisor arrested. If the cops don't do anything have the school shut down by going to Immigration services and go back to Canada like a man.
