Duping method 0.57 Maybe?

I Saw this in a youtube video and it seems it will work here is the exact quote "Infinite Saline from one bag - When applying a saline to a person, press the red 'X' in the hands section of the inventory screen and it will place it back in the inventory but I will still finish the action which heals the person you performed it on"

What i am wondering is if this will work for food and other items usable on other players since i have no one to play with wondering if someone here could look at it

There was a duping method posted awhile back the required a server. I used it back in .55, but its super slow And I like the clientready dupe moar.(300 hundred bodies <3)
