its around the maze bank tower, on the street, just steal it from any npc
never tried to put it in my garage tho, but i have steal it sometimes from that area
i think its around where you get the Duke o' Death in story mode too, near the northest Los Santos Customs, outside the city

If you transferred any characters from 7th gen or 8th gen consoles, you can buy it. Otherwise it stays locked.

Oh i was tried it but it didn't work. When i go garage it says "Missing Downloadeble Content" i can't see dukes

Get the DLC unlocker from here? It's 2 files that go in Documents/Rockstar Games/ GTA V/Profiles/Some Random Numbers/
