Watch_Dogs E3 was beautiful, and so was the release. While it was not exactly what E3 said it would be, it still looked great regardless. Plus, all it took was a few days to make a mod pack, and it make your game beautiful again.

I do have an internet connection, but why would you need an internet connection a single player game in first place? Doesn't it sound little dumb? It would be amazing to play the game while you have internet issues or you're out somewhere where there's no internet

You obviously didn't read the entire "Announcement" then. They said it was because people can join you in free roam.

Maybe, home before leaving to said destination? And Single player is more about campaign like NFSU2 had, I don't even care about Free Roam, cause I don't even play that.
